KIT

Kit Roberts is an NCTJ Gold Standard journalist, reporter, and producer based in Stoke-on-Trent, UK.

His work has been featured in numerous independent, regional, and national titles in the UK.

​

He has covered a broad range of material, including political commentary, human interest, features, lifestyle, and interviews.

​

Kit works as a full time reporter for Stoke-on-TrentLive / The Sentinel.

He also works newsroom shifts at The Daily Star, and writes a monthly column on the Middle East for Redaction Politics. 

Kit recently discovered a talent and enthusiasm for languages, and is proficient in Italian, intermediate in Portuguese, and lower-intermediate in Modern Standard and Levantine Arabic. 

As a postgraduate Kit spent a year studying and handling some of the first books printed in England, before deciding the modern press was his true calling.

Kit likes swimming, fencing, and good coffee. He reads The Lord of the Rings every year.
